📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and dietary requirements of the residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing inventory and ordering food supplies.
• Ensure that all food is stored and handled in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing and support staff to ensure that meals are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the residents.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and respectful work environment for all staff members.
• Contribute to the overall well-being and comfort of the residents through excellent service and care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen assistant or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP principles.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, stoves, and food processors.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
