📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of bauxite, silica, and coal mining activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the mining workforce, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
• Leverage advanced software such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics to monitor and analyze operational data, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement sustainable practices to minimize the environmental impact of mining activities.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and local communities, to ensure smooth operations and positive community engagement.
• Drive innovation in mining technologies and practices, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights into operational performance and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record in leading large-scale mining projects.
• Certification in mining safety and environmental management, such as CMI (Certified Mining Professional) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
