📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement content strategies
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hospitality and social media marketing
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns
• Contribute to the development of our brand's visual identity and storytelling
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on creative projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing your best work
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about hospitality and social media marketing
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles is a plus
• Availability for at least 6 months, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
