📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the additive manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized additive manufacturing solutions.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement training programs to upskill the team and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies, including 3D printing, and experience with software such as Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Certification in lean manufacturing or six sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
