As an Equipment Rental Associate, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of our heavy machinery fleet. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their projects are completed on time and within budget. Our team uses state-of-the-art tools and software, including Cat Equipment Management System (EMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, to manage our operations efficiently. With 2-3 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and operations, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Operate and control heavy equipment during rental operations, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and usage, reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure equipment is properly set up and maintained.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation checks on equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Assist in the training and supervision of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Participate in equipment calibration and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs using our company's management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and operations, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
• Certification in heavy machinery operation and maintenance, such as Cat Certified Operator or similar.
• Familiarity with Cat Equipment Management System (EMS) and other relevant software tools.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy machinery operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
