As an Audit Associate, you will play a crucial role in our audit team, working on a variety of projects for both local and international clients. You will gain hands-on experience with audit procedures, financial statements, and regulatory requirements. This role is perfect for recent graduates or professionals with 1-3 years of experience in accounting or auditing who are eager to take their next step in their career.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform detailed and accurate audits of financial statements and internal controls.
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of audit plans and procedures.
- Conduct fieldwork and interviews with clients to gather necessary information.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with senior auditors to ensure the quality and integrity of audit work.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulatory changes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
