📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
