RADIUS Unggul is looking for a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that help our employees develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our organization's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to align training programs with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
