📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and conflicts,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Conduct performance reviews and appraisals,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms,Good organizational and time management skills
