📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a steady supply of goods.,Monitor and report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
