Royal Code Pratama is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to streamline our supply chain processes and improve overall performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics processes.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and service providers to ensure reliable and timely service.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve logistics-related issues and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve logistics-related issues.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
