XCEL Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in maintenance management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance team.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Work closely with the operations team to address any maintenance-related issues that may impact production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management and technical roles.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.
