📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned vehicle fleet.,Ensure the vehicles are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with the dispatch team to assign routes and tasks to drivers.,Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
