📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise HR operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
• Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
• Collaborate with managers to foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor HR teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
