📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, ingredient procurement, and staff scheduling.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Develop and maintain a diverse and innovative menu.,Manage inventory and optimize food costs.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure a seamless dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing a team and delivering high-quality food.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
