📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Monitor guest feedback and use it to improve our services.
- Assist in special events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality is a plus.
- Professional and polite demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
