📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen, ensuring clear communication with both guests and kitchen staff.
• Deliver exceptional table service, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and ensuring a clean and comfortable dining experience.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, adhering to hygiene protocols and restaurant guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions and manage guest payments efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end or beachfront restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and English languages, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
