📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
