📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining customer accounts.,Support the Account Executive in developing and implementing sales strategies.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
