📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area,Manage and mentor a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the construction or property sector,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to the industry,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
