Geta Phone is looking for a Senior Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. As a Senior Mobile Phone Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their devices are in optimal condition. This is a full-time position located in the beautiful island of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.,Maintain and update technical knowledge of mobile devices and repair techniques.,Perform quality control checks on repaired devices to ensure they meet our standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of repair processes and procedures.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and customer service.,Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies and repair tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or similar role.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile devices and their components.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong customer service and communication skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
