📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Conduct needs assessments, job analyses, and competency mapping to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.,Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning interventions using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to improve our programs and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
