• Taking food and beverage orders from customers
• Delivering food and beverages to customers' tables
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage terminology
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
