📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales and customer service targets are met.,Train and develop assistant store managers to ensure high performance.,Manage store budgets and ensure profitability.,Implement and monitor sales promotions and marketing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
