📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries and desserts through proper food handling and storage.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.,Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper documentation.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Train and mentor junior staff on pastry preparation techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with baking equipment and tools.,Ability to work both in-office and remotely.,Willingness to travel for work when necessary.
