📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are properly inspected and serviced to comply with safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption to reduce operational costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation activities.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
