📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee workforce management and manpower fulfillment to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory management teams to streamline warehouse operations.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Utilize warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) to track inventory levels and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in workforce management and manpower fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
• Certification in Warehouse Management (e.g., APICS CWMS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
